What we hold, and what you can take back.

A deep interview produces intimate data — how you handle conflict, why your last relationship ended, what you will not compromise on. That is a heavier thing to hold than a photo grid, and it is the reason this page exists before the product does.

What we collect

• Your application and interview answers, and the profile drafted from them.
• Identity verification results — whether a check passed, not the document itself.
• Your decisions: accepts, passes and the reason you gave, and post-date debriefs.
• The ordinary account and delivery data needed to run a membership.

What we use it for

Matching you, explaining those matches to you, and keeping the membership safe. Nothing here is sold, and nothing here is used to sell advertising against you.

What other members see

A match sees the profile you approved and the explanation we wrote. They do not see your raw interview, your passes, your debriefs, or anything we hold about how reliably you show up.

Deletion

You can delete your account and the interview behind it. Pausing is different and deliberately costless — pausing keeps your interview so you never have to sit through it twice.
